Dr. Jennifer Triggs, DBA, MSHS, BSN, RN is a Nursing and Leadership Consultant, the Founder of J'Marie Leadership Consulting, and a Retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander. She helps healthcare organizations, and the managers they promote, fix broken processes and build workplaces where people thrive.
With a career spanning military and civilian healthcare leadership, Dr. Triggs has led teams of up to 80, built an Occupational Safety and Health department that saved her organization $250,000, and created an in-house respiratory protection program that saved more than $200,000. Her specialty is ambulatory care operations and helping new and promoted managers lead with confidence.
Through J'Marie Leadership Consulting, she works with healthcare organizations and other businesses on leadership development, process improvement, and the people side of change, because strong processes and strong people are how organizations fulfill their purpose.
